Our service is extremely popular, and we are limited in the amount of balls we can recycle at any given time.

If you'd like to become a member, you'll need to register for an account. This includes any historic customers, as we've changed out systems and we are now completely account based.

As soon as we have space, then we'll contact you with a membership link where you can complete the rest of your account and you can start recycling with us!

The registration process involves 3 emails—please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive them.

Step 1: Register

Click "Register" in the menu bar at the top

Fill in your name, email, phone number, and confirmation of communication consent.

Email 1: You’ll receive a confirmation email once submitted.

Step 2: Application Review

We review your application manually.

Email 2: If approved, you’ll receive an activation email with a button to set your password.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

After setting your password, you must fill in additional details (address, support details, etc.).

We review and approve your full profile.

Email 3: Once approved, you’ll get a welcome email confirming access to your account.

Final Notes:

🚫 Not all applications are approved—if unsuccessful, you’ll receive a rejection email.

✅ Once approved, you can log in, manage box orders, and access your account.
