1. Standard Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • To qualify for a return, your item must:

    • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
    • The item is defective or damaged.
    • You receive the wrong item.
  • Submitting a support ticket will allow us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate steps to rectify it.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

4. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
    • Initiate a return for the item you currently have.
    • Once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification.
  • Items must meet the following conditions:

6. Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund decision.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
